We absolutely loved the onsen, the perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with many options to choose from.

The elevator situation left something to be desired. With only one small lift serving the entire hotel, wait times could get quite long during busy periods.

The staff here were super helpful and quick to assist with whatever we needed. the location was awesome - we were just a short stroll away from cool spots like Ameya-Yokocho Open-Air Market! 🎉

Secondly, the staff were amazing - they were helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Thirdly, the basic amenities provided in the rooms on the 11th floor, with a comfortable double bed, were just what I needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered was filling and satisfying, setting me up for a day of exploring the city.

The location was perfect with easy access to multiple metro lines and plenty of eateries and shopping options nearby. The complimentary soba noodles in the night were a delightful surprise, and we enjoyed the relaxing onsen experience. The hotel staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
