The location of the hotel was unbeatable, surrounded by many great restaurants and the vibrant market area. The room was small but clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We absolutely loved the onsen, the perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with many options to choose from.
The elevator situation left something to be desired. With only one small lift serving the entire hotel, wait times could get quite long during busy periods.

Secondly, the staff were amazing - they were helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Thirdly, the basic amenities provided in the rooms on the 11th floor, with a comfortable double bed, were just what I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was okay and there was nothing major that needed improvement.

This hotel is the perfect choice for a stay in a bustling Tokyo neighborhood. Its location is unparalleled, with easy access to Ueno and Okachimachi stations, and a plethora of activities to choose from right on the doorstep. Plus, the service is top, notch , accommodating, professional. I had a great stay at this hotel! First of all, the location was absolutely perfect. It's just a short walk away from the subway stations, markets, shopping areas, and plenty of great food options. Plus, if you're coming from the airport, it's really convenient to get here. The staff were fantastic - they provided excellent service and were able to speak English, which was a big plus for someone like me who doesn't speak Japanese. The rooms on the 11th floor were cozy and comfortable, and the double bed was just what I needed after a long day of exploring. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was delicious! The warm food really hit the spot, especially during the winter months. this hotel offers great value for money and pays attention to detail in everything they offer.
All in all, everything was fine.
